It’s really humid here which always affects me badly (I nearly collapsed in the shower again) and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. Add that to the fact the nightmares have started up again and people are pressuring me to decide what I’m going to do for the rest of my life and you have a stressed out/unhappy me. I’m sorry for the moaning I just need to let this out.
try going to bed a earlier and go out more often, home can be very stressful, so it’s sometimes best that you’re not there a lot.
